How to Buy (Shopping) මිලදී ගන්නේ කෙසේද?
BookMania is an online bookstore. You can place orders through our Website, Facebook Messenger, or WhatsApp.
BookMania යනු ජාලගත පොත් සාප්පුවකි. ඔබට අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවිය, ෆේස්බුක් මැසෙන්ජර් හෝ වට්ස්ඇප් හරහා ඇණවුම් කළ හැකිය.
As with all other regular online store transactions,
1. Choose the book or product you like
2. Add it to the cart with “Add to cart”
3. Add any other books and items you like to the cart in the same way
4. Click the cart button in the top right corner and select “View Cart” to access the cart. Or you can go directly to Checkout.
5. If you have entered into the Cart, you can access Checkout by clicking “Proceed to checkout”.
6. Fill in the form and enter your details.
7. Choose the option you prefer for the payment method.
8. Before all transactions, we kindly request you to read and understand our “Privacy Policy”, “Term and Conditions”, and “Delivery and Return Policy” carefully.
9. Only if you agree with the above policies and conditions, click “Place order” and complete the order.
10. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, we kindly request you to complete the steps as instructed.

අනෙකුත් සෑම සාමාන්‍ය අන්තර්ජාල සාප්පුවක් හරහා ගනුදෙනු සිදු කරන ආකාරයට මෙන්ම,

2. “Add to cart” මඟින් එය cart එකට එකතු කරන්න
3. ඔබ කැමති තවත් පොත් සහ භාණ්ඩ ඇතොත් ඒ ආකාරයෙන්ම cart එකට එකතු කරන්න
4. දකුණු පස උඩ කෙළවරෙහි ඇති cart එකෙහි බොත්තම click කර “View Cart” තෝරාගෙන cart එකට පිවිසෙන්න. එසේ නැතිනම් කෙලින්ම Checkout වෙත පිවිසීමට ද ඔබට පුළුවන.
5. Cart එකට පිවිස ඇතිනම්, “Proceed to checkout” මඟින් ඔබට Checkout වෙත පිවිසීමට පුළුවන.
6. එහි ඇති පෝරමය පුරවා ඔබ ගැන විස්තර ඇතුළු කරන්න.
7. මුදල් ගෙවන ආකාරය සදහා වන ඔබ කැමති option එක තෝරාගන්න.
8. සියලුම ගනුදෙනු වලට පෙර, අපගේ “Privacy policy”, “Term and conditions” සහ “Delivery and return policy” මනාව කියවා තේරුම්ගන්න ලෙස ඉතා කරුණාවෙන් ඉල්ලා සිටිමු.
9. ඉහත සදහන් කරුණු වලට එකඟ නම් පමණක් “Place order” click කර ඇණවුම සම්පූර්ණ කරන්න.
10. Credit හෝ Debit card මඟින් ගෙවීමට තෝරා ගත හොත්, ඒ සදහා වන පියවරයන් ලබා දෙන උපදෙස් පරිදි සම්පූර්ණ කිරීමට වගබලා ගන්නා මෙන් කාරුණිකව ඉල්ලා සිටිමු.
** වෙබ් අඩවිය මගින් ඇණවුම් කිරීමේදී සිදුකරන සියලු පියවර, ඔබගේ අනුදැනුම මත කියවා බලා සිදුකරන මෙන් කාරුණිකව සිහි කැදවමු.

All BookMania online purchases take place in a safe environment using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) secure payment methods along with some card issuer safeguards to protect our customers against fraud.
We encrypt your credit card information to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology – this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection.

For your convenience, we have provided the facility of payment upon “Cash On Delivery”. For this, we hire the services of several third-party delivery partners. No matter where you live in Sri Lanka, these delivery service providers will deliver the books to your location. Pay the full amount of the order (including delivery charges) to the courier service provider who brought the book package to you and received it.
We kindly ask you to prepare the full amount to be paid before the courier service arrives at your place. This will reduce the chances of unnecessary delays and time spent with outsiders. We respectfully request our loyal customers to use all possible health and safety strategies in all transactions.

Delivery පොත් සහ භාණ්ඩ බෙදා හැරීම
We use various third-party delivery partners to deliver your orders to you islandwide (in Sri Lanka).
දිවයින පුරා විසිරී සිටින අපගේ පාරිභෝගිකයන්ගේ ඇණවුම් ඉක්මනින් ඔවුන් වෙත ලබා දීම සඳහා අපි විවිධ තෙවන පාර්ශවීය බෙදාහැරීමේ හවුල්කරුවන් භාවිතා කරමු.
The delivery fee depends on the province and region where you live in Sri Lanka and will be shown on your invoice before checkout.
Delivery charges are FREE for all orders over Rs. 5,000.00 to anywhere in Sri Lanka. Please note that this is not applicable if you choose the payment method as the “Cash On Delivery – COD” service.

The standard delivery time for Books is 2-5 working days from the date that we accept your Order.
All orders received on working days, are dispatched within 36 hours of receipt of order but may take up to 7 working days to reach you depending on your delivery location in Sri Lanka.
Orders which are confirmed during Sundays and holidays are processed on the following working day.
Our delivery partner will try to contact you over mobile before visiting your delivery address, so please ensure that someone at the delivery address accepts the package.
සාමාන්‍ය තත්ත්ව යටතේ පොත් බෙදා හැරීම සඳහා වන සම්මත බෙදා හැරීමේ කාලය අපි ඔබේ ඇණවුම පිළිගත් දින සිට වැඩ කරන දින 2-5 කි.
වැඩ කරන දිනයන්හි ලැබෙන සියලුම ඇණවුම්, ඇණවුම ලැබීමෙන් පසු පැය 36 ක් ඇතුළත අප ආයතනය විසින් බෙදා හැරිම සඳහා බාර දෙන නමුත් ඔබ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවෙහි සිටින ස්ථානය අනුව එය ඔබ වෙත ළඟා වීමට වැඩ කරන දින 7 දක්වා ගත විය හැකිය.
ඉරිදා සහ නිවාඩු දිනවල තහවුරු කෙරෙන ඇණවුම් සම්බන්ධ සියලු කටයුතු ඊළඟ වැඩ කරන දිනය තුළ දී ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට අරම්භ කෙරෙනු ඇත.
ඔබ ලබා දුන් බෙදා හැරීමේ ලිපිනයට යාමට පෙර කුරියර් සේවාව විසින් ජංගම දුරකථනයෙන් ඔබව සම්බන්ධ කර ගැනීමට උත්සාහ කරනු ඇත, එබැවින් බෙදා හැරීමේ ලිපිනයේ අයෙකු පැකේජය ලබා ගැනීමට සිටින බවට වග බලා ගන්න.
Still, you have the option to change your delivery address within 12 hours of receiving the order. But please note that this is not possible after handing over the package to the courier service. However, keep in mind that sending the package to a new address may incur an additional charge.
අප විසින් ඇණවුම භාර ගෙන පැය 12 ක් යනතුරු, ඔබගේ බෙදාහැරීමේ ලිපිනය වෙනස් කිරීමේ හැකියාවක් ඇත. නමුත් අප පැකේජය කුරියර් සේවාව වෙත භාර දීමෙන් පසු එසේ කළ නොහැකි බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න. කෙසේ නමුත් නව ලිපිනයකට පැකේජය එවීමේදී අමතර ගාස්තුවකට යටත් විය හැකි බව මතකයේ තබා ගන්න.
